New 2017 KTM Duke 200 COMING                     SOON!

It’s not secret KTM is working on new generation models of the Duke series. After numerous videos and spy shots of the 390 Duke, new images of the 200 Duke have surfaced online. Both new KTM models are going to make their debut at EICMA in Milan in November 2016. Since the KTM 200 Duke is manufactured in India, it shouldn’t be long before they make it to Indian showrooms. Overdrive has managed snap pictures of a nearly production-ready prototype of the KTM 200 Duke. Earlier, images of the 390 Duke had surfaced online showing quite a few of the new bike’s features. The new 2017 KTM Duke 200 India launch date could fall in the first quarter of 2017. KTM will unveil the bike at the EICMA 2016 that will take place between 8 and 13 November 2016 in Milan.

In an interesting development, KTM seems to have halted the production of the 200 Duke at their facility in Chakan. Also, KTM reported sales of zero units of the Duke 200 during October 2016. The bike does not figure on KTM’s official web page either. The only logical explanation we can come up with is that KTM is preparing to launch the bike in India soon.

As of now, the KTM Duke 200 costs Rs. 1.44 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Prices of the next generation model will go up by a small margin. The next generation Duke 200 will cost aboutRs. 1.5-1.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) according to our estimates.
